Leslie Dukek is a REALTOR® with Keyes | Miloff Aubuchon Group in Southwest Florida, known for bringing an investor’s mindset and a teacher’s clarity to every transaction. Originally from northern Minnesota, Leslie began her professional career in education. That experience has shaped the way she serves clients today: she is patient, highly communicative, and focused on helping people make informed, confident decisions.
Before entering residential real estate full-time, Leslie built a strong foundation in business and investing. Alongside teaching, she managed the bookkeeping for her family’s businesses, and then expanded into real estate ownership with her husband, owning and managing apartments, investing in multifamily properties, operating a short-term rental, and partnering on renovation projects. That hands-on experience ultimately inspired her to earn her real estate license and help others build wealth and lifestyle through property.
